How often should I get my car serviced?
Every 5000miles or 6 months, which ever comes first.
Do you offer free inspections?
Yes, every vehicle that comes into the bay for any service including oil changes will have a free courtesy inspection. But we do offer other paid inspections.
Do I need an appointment to bring my car in?
No, but schedulded vehicle will be worked on first.
How long does a typical service take?
Depending on what service you are planning to do, an normal oil change + courtesy inspection takes roughly 1 hour depending on vehicle.
Do your parts come with a warranty?
Depends.
Aftermarket parts sold by Artana come with a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, including labor.
Customers also have the option to purchase extended warranties, which cover 24 months / 24,000 miles.
OEM parts sold by us come with a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty.
Used parts or customer-supplied parts do not come with any warranty.

What types of vehicles do you work on?
We service all makes and models of passenger vehicle, including domestic, Asian and European cars, SUVs, Minivans, and Light-Duty trucks.
Do you offer tire changes and wheel alignments?
Yes we do, but price varies from different make and model.
Can you help if my car won't start?
Yes, we can help. If your vehicle won’t start, we can dispatch a technician to perform a jump start on-site. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll help coordinate a tow to our shop for further diagnostics and repair.
Will I get a quote before any repairs are done?
If your vehicle needs diagnostics first, we’ll discuss any diagnostic charges up front. After that, we’ll provide a full quote for the needed repairs.

Do you provide a shuttle service? Is it free?
Free Shuttle (Standard):
Complimentary shuttle service is available within 10 minutes driving distace from our shop.
Extended Shuttle Option:
For locations beyond 10 minutes, a paid shuttle service option is available. Please contact us for pricing based on distance.
Expended Shuttle (FREE with Service):
If your total repoair bill exceeds $500, we offer complimentary shuttle service up to 25 minutes one-way, for both drop-off and pick-up.
Can I wait at the shop during service?
Yes, of course—you’re welcome to wait in our lounge if you’d like. We’ve got a comfortable waiting area with free Wi-Fi and refreshments. That said, for longer jobs, we usually recommend dropping the car off so our techs can work without distraction and keep things moving efficiently. But we’ll always keep you updated.
Do you have loaner cars available?
We don’t have loaner vehicles at the moment, but we do offer a shuttle service to help you get where you need to go. It’s free within 10 minutes of the shop, and if your repair is over $500, we offer complimentary shuttle service up to 25 minutes away—both drop-off and pickup.

We accept Apple pay, Credit Cards and Cash, what ever is easiest for you!
Will I receive an invoice or receipt?
Yes, absolutely, you will recieve an invoice or receipt after the service is completed.

視情況而定:
本店販售的副廠件提供12 個月 / 12,000 英里保固(包含人工費)。
顧客可選購延長保固方案(24 個月 / 24,000 英里)。
若使用原廠零件(OEM),則享有24 個月 / 24,000 英里保固。
使用顧客自行提供或中古零件則不提供任何保固,敬請留意。

本店維修各類乘用車品牌與車型,包括美系、亞洲、歐洲車款,也包含 SUV、Minivan 與輕型貨車(Light-duty truck)
有提供輪胎更換或四輪定位嗎?
有的,輪胎更換與四輪定位服務皆有提供,價格依車款與輪胎型號不同而異。
車子發不動時可以協助拖吊嗎?
可以!若車輛無法啟動,我們可安排技師至現場幫您進行電瓶啟動,如無法解決,我們也能協助安排拖吊回店進一步檢查與維修。
維修前會先通知報價嗎?
會的。如需先行診斷,會在作業前清楚說明檢查費用,後續再提供完整報價給您確認是否進行維修。

有提供接送服務嗎?需不需要付費?
有的,我們提供以下三種接送方案:
標準免費接送:
凡店家周邊 10 分鐘車程內皆可享免費接送服務。
延伸接送(收費):
超過 10 分鐘車程地區,我們提供加價接送服務,費用依距離計算,請來電洽詢。
高額維修免費接送:
如您的單筆維修金額超過 500 美元,我們提供最遠 單程 25 分鐘車程內的免費接送(含送回與接送來店)。
可以在店內等車修好嗎?有等候區嗎?
當然可以!我們有舒適的休息區,提供免費 Wi-Fi 與飲品。不過若是大型維修項目,我們會建議您先將車輛留下,這樣技師能更有效率地完成作業。我們會定期更新進度,讓您放心。
有提供代步車嗎?
目前我們尚未提供代用車,但可透過接送服務協助您來回移動。10 分鐘車程內免費,單筆維修金額超過 $500 時,最多提供 25 分鐘接送服務。
